3. AI-Generated Content and Limitations
This service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on the information provided. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or may misinterpret portions of source material. Results may vary depending on document completeness, formatting, and context. You are responsible for verifying all information against authoritative source documents.
4. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee permanent storage of uploaded content. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of all documents.
8. Subscription Terms
Access to SayWhat Technology is provided through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-period refunds are provided.
- Plan changes: Upgrades or downgrades to your subscription plan take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. SayWhat Technology does not store your credit card information directly.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the service until the payment issue is resolved. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension.
- Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
